Design Matches helps you confirm that delivered materials match your project’s design and specification by automatically showing the most relevant sections of your project documentation alongside each delivery record.
Design Matches use AI to scan your uploaded project documents (such as Bills of Materials, or design specifications) and automatically display short text extracts or “snippets” that are relevant to each delivery record.
Each snippet shows:
- The extracted content
- The name of the source document
- A link to the page or section where it appears
You can access Design Matches in the delivery record view.
How to Use Design Matches
- Open a delivery record — Design Matches will load automatically if relevant documentation is available.
- Review the content — Each snippet includes a short extract and a link to the original document.
- Provide feedback — Use the “Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down” buttons to help improve future Design Matches accuracy.
Please note that only admins can upload or manage project documents used by Design Matches, and only admins can view these snippets in order to protect company information.
