Please note that only project admins are able to perform bulk updates.
- Go to the Waste Records page.
- Select the records you want to update (tick the checkboxes) - all selected records must share the same Facility Operator and Facility Site Address.
- Click Update from the action menu.
- Choose Facility Permit as the field to update.Enter the new Facility Permit value.
Here you can select from permits/exemptions we have captured from EA/SEPA/NRW data, or enter a different permit/exemption. If you enter a new value, you will not get waste management route data. Review the number of records shown in the modal, then click Apply to confirm
Good to know:
- You can update up to 100 records at a time. If you select more, you'll be prompted to continue with the first 100If your selected records don't share the same Facility Operator and Site Address, the update won't be available — check your selection and try again
Updating the Facility Permit will result in Facility Operator & Facility Site Address changing if it is found in regulatory data
