Adding Users
In the Qflow Web Portal, you can add an unlimited number of users to your projects or accounts.
To request the addition of a user, please contact support@qualisflow.com or use the Qflow Support Form.
Please include the following details in the request of the user you would like to add:
- Name
- Company
- Project/Account
- User permission level
Please note that for security reasons, confirmation from a Project Admin or Account Admin is required before adding a user.

Removing Users
Currently, users cannot delete other users. To permanently delete a user from your account, please contact support@qualisflow.com or use the Qflow Support
However, Project Admins and Account Admins can revoke access to particular projects or accounts at any time.
Project or Account Admins can revoke access by following these steps:
- Navigate to 'Project Settings' or 'Account Settings' based on your permission levels.
- In the user search bar locate the user by name and click the notes icon next to the desired user.
- To disable access for the user, toggle the access enable switch. This action will change the icon from blue to grey.
- Click 'OK'.
The user will receive an email to update them that their permissions have been updated.
