If you need to change or reset your password for your Qflow web portal account due to security concerns or if you've forgotten it, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit https://app.qualisflow.com/
Step 2: Click on 'Sign in' located at the top right-hand corner of the page.
Step 3: Enter your email address and click 'Sign in'.
Step 4: You'll be directed to the password page. Click on 'Forgot your password?'.
Step 5: You'll then be prompted to verify your email address. Type in your email and click 'Send verification code'.
Step 6: Check your email inbox for a code sent from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com.
Step 7: Copy the verification code into the designated field in Qflow.
Step 8: Click 'Verify Code'.
Step 9: Proceed by clicking 'Continue'.
Step 10: You can set a new password of your choice.
Please note that password resets for the Qflow Mobile App are not available through this process.
