This partnership provides Qflow customers to send real time As Built material data through to EC3, where this data can be mapped to Industry EPD data automatically. This allows the calculated embodied carbon to be compared from the As Designed and As Built models in a click.
Here’s how Qflow users can get started:
- Register for an EC3 account, then add an EC3 building to capture the materials pushed through from Qflow.
- Invite a nominated Qflow account to your building so that the integration can be set up.
- Qflow will then automatically send through materials with a product group as they are published and map these to EPDs in EC3 to provide your embodied carbon rate library.
- Using the native EC3 reporting tool multiple buildings can be compared.
