When you submit a ticket to Qflow, our system ensures that your data is accurately captured, enhanced, and organised.
The process is designed to streamline your project management and maintain compliance with all necessary requirements. Here's how it works:
- Digitisation: After submission, Qflow digitises the key data from your ticket using our AI technology.
- Enhancement: During processing, Qflow enhances your data where possible, including identifying Facility permits and calculating mileage.
- Notification: If any key data is missing after processing, Qflow will notify you, ensuring that your records remain accurate and compliant.
Navigating a Qflow Record
Each record is made up of three sections:
- Movement Summary: The first section displays the essential details extracted from the ticket.
- Uploaded Documents: The second section holds the original ticket and any associated attachments uploaded to Qflow.
- Itemised List: The third section provides a detailed breakdown of the waste items or delivery products recorded on the ticket.
For delivery product items, you can view additional details such as dimensions, weight, and volume by clicking 'View'.
Red Flags
If key data is missing from a record, an Event will be created and a notification will be sent.
Missing key data is highlighted with a red flag next to the relevant information in the record.
