Exporting your record data from Qflow is easy, giving you the flexibility to analyse and utilise your data further as needed.
To export records, you must have Contributor, Project Admin, or Account Admin permissions.
Follow these four steps to export your data:
Step 1: Select Criteria
Before exporting any data, ensure you've chosen the specific criteria for the data you want to export. You can adjust settings such as:
- Project
- Type of data (Waste or Deliveries)
- Date ranges (Delivery date or Waste collection date)
Additionally, you can apply filters on the records page to refine the data you wish to export.
Step 2: Create Export
Once you've set your criteria and applied any necessary filters, it's time to create your export. Simply locate and click the 'Export CSV' button situated in the top right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access Your Export
After exporting data, you'll be automatically redirected to the Events page, which acts as a centralised hub for monitoring key activities related to records, including downloads.
Keep in mind that each export is dated according to its creation date. You may need to change your date selection to include to the date the export was created.
Step 4: Download Your Export
To download your export, locate the specific export you wish to download and click on the 'Download' button next to it.
Top Tip: For active projects, we recommend creating a new data export every time you want to analyse the data further to ensure all record updates are included in the exports.
With these simple steps, you can effortlessly export your record data from Qflow and leverage it for your needs.
