Why remove a record?
At Qflow we understand sometimes you need to remove a record. Maybe it's because you accidentally uploaded the same ticket twice, or perhaps you want to replace a blurry photo with a clearer one. Whatever the reason, removing a record means those duplicates or low-quality photos won't impact your dashboards.
Who can remove a record?
To be able to remove a record you need one of the following user roles:
- Contributor
- Project Admin
- Account Admin
Even after removal, the record will still show up in your Qflow records section, but they'll be greyed out and crossed out.
You can filter to include/exclude removed tickets with the toggle at the top of the page:
This way, you can easily keep track of what's been removed and remember, if you remove a record accidentally, Qflow can bring it back if needed.
Please reach out to support@qualisflow.com if you need help restoring a record.
