When a record is digitised and uploaded to the Qflow Web Portal, Qflow will identify any non-compliant waste or delivery records.
If you have notifications enabled, once a flagged Record is published you will immediately receive an email notification, allowing you to promptly address the issue.
Please note: all users receive email notifications if they have been assigned an Event or Record, even if notifications are disabled.
Why are notifications important?
Notifications tell you that Qflow has found something that is incorrect, missing, or non-compliant. They should be resolved as quickly as possible to avoid risks of fines, costly remediation works, missing project targets and/or reporting incorrectly both internally and externally.
Swiftly investigating non-compliant records enables you to engage with your subcontractors, suppliers or waste carriers early in the project, prompting them to include the necessary information on a ticket.
Interacting with suppliers and waste carriers regarding ticket quality enhances data compliance, reducing the risk of fines or missing project goals, and saving time right from the outset.
How to enable or disable your notifications
Email notifications can be enabled or disabled in Project or Account Settings.
Please note: only Project Admin and Account Admin user roles have the authority to perform this action.
Utilise the user search bar to locate the user by name and click the notes icon next to the desired user.
- Enable or disable access by toggling the 'Notifications Enabled' switch. If a user has notification enabled, the toggle will appear blue. If notifications are disabled, the toggle will appear grey.
- Click 'OK'.
It's also possible to turn off notifications at a project level for the below waste fields. To do this please reach out to your Account Admin or contact support@qualisflow.com.
