Adding a tag to a single record
- Open a Waste or Delivery record Find the Tags field towards the top of the page and click the pencil icon to edit.
- Type your tag name (e.g. "reviewed", "site A") or select from suggested existing tags.
- Confirm to apply the tag to the record.
Adding tags in bulk
- Go to the Waste Records or Delivery Records page.
- Select the records you want to tag (tick the checkboxes) - Project Admins or Contributors can do this
- Click Tag from the action menu.
- Enter one or more tag names (existing tags will be suggested as you type).Review the number of records shown, then confirm to apply.
Removing a tag
- Open the record and remove the tag directly — this only affects that record and won't impact any other records carrying the same tag.
- Bulk remove by selecting multiple records from the Waste Records or Delivery Records. Select Untag from the action menu and choose the tags you wish to remove.
Filtering by tag
- Use the Tags column filter on the records table to find all records with a specific tag.
Good to know:
- You can create as many tags as you like — there's no predefined list.
- Tags are lower-case only for now.
- Tags are for your own organisation only — they don't affect any system data, calculations, or reporting outputs.
- Tags appear as a column in the records table and are included in CSV exports.
